At DreamWigzCollections, we are committed to delivering high-quality wigs and exceptional customer service. This policy outlines our standards regarding product quality, shipping, returns, and customer care to ensure a consistent and professional experience for every client.


Shipping

  • Processing Time: 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Uncustomized Wigs (shipped directly from the vendor): 3–5 business days.

  • Custom-Colored Wigs: 5–10 business days (processing time may be extended due to customization).


Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations are no longer accepted.


Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the order is incorrect or defective.

  • If your item arrives incorrect or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

  • If the issue is confirmed upon inspection, we will gladly offer an exchange or store credit.

Important:

  • Wigs that have been worn, altered, or customized in any way are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Any items showing signs of use will not be accepted.

Custom-Colored Wigs Disclaimer

Please note: When replicating a custom-colored wig, the final result may vary slightly. Different wigs lift and take color differently. We strive to match as closely as possible, but exact replication is not guaranteed.
